We had the opportunity to learn from Eduardo Páez (co-founder of data4all and director of the People Analytics program at MBIT), Laura Sanchez (People Analytics & Strategy at BBVA IT), Andreu Gual (co-founder and academic director at Nexgen Careers) and Jesús Salgado (researcher on the social impact of AI and professor at UPM and MBIT). They shared with us their vision in this regard from different points of view (technical, reskilling, HR...).
And the thing is that these tools have the potential to change the way we work, learn and connect. But, as one of our panelists mentioned:
“AI doesn't understand what it's talking about, it's not aware.”
Here lies the essence of our debate. Machines can be powerful, but they need human guidance and personal touch to make sense of everything.
