MBIT DATA School, a leader in artificial intelligence and big data training, has announced a momentary agreement with the University of Lucerne (Switzerland) and the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). This agreement places MBIT as Headquarters of the prestigious Degree in Sustainable Tourism offered by the University of Lucerne.
In an effort to promote education and development in the field of sustainable tourism, the first year of the program will be taught in Madrid, in the MBIT DATA School facilities. This is the first program of its kind to be developed in cooperation with the UNWTO, highlighting the joint commitment of the three institutions to responsible and sustainable tourism.
The president of MBIT DATA School, Enrique Serrano, expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration: “It is an honor and a responsibility to host the Sustainable Tourism program at the University of Lucerne in cooperation with the UNWTO. This agreement is a testament to MBIT's commitment to quality education and our effort to make a significant contribution to the sustainable tourism sector.”
The alliance between MBIT, the University of Lucerne and the UNWTO comes at a crucial moment, coinciding with the celebration of FITUR in Madrid, highlighting the city's relevance as a center of innovation and education in tourism.
This agreement, concluded after the visit of Zurab Pololikashvili, Secretary General of UNWTO, reaffirms Madrid's position as a key location for the study and development of sustainable tourism worldwide.
